We are working with The Teaching Company in their search for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager based in Chantilly, VA.

Position Description:
The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will manage email, SEO and paid search and banner advertising programs to support objectives for revenue growth, profit and brand awareness through the online channel.
- Manage and implement external and internal e-mail campaigns from creative and offer concept, list recommendation and negotiations to deployment.
- Manage day to day implementation of our SEO and paid search programs
- Manage banner advertising program from list selection and creative development to operational execution
- Insure that all offline marketing programs are set up to work correctly on our e-commerce websites
- Track performance and proactively establish website analytical reporting and key metrics using Coremetrics
- Evaluate market research, test results, competitive intelligence and best practices to improve online marketing programs
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required.
- 4-7 years of online direct marketing experience with B to C Ecommerce sites
- Thorough understanding of all facets of online marketing necessary
- Experience using online analytics and metrics to drive online marketing improvements
- Hands-on experience in SEO, paid search, email marketing and banner advertising
- Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Must be extremely proactive and as well as have a “team” attitude.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required.
