Currently, ReStockit.com is seeking a Co-Op Marketing/MDF Sales Manager. The goal of this position is to reach out to the company’s suppliers and build a relationship and help them do a better job of marketing their products through ReStockit.com. The company wants to position itself as the de facto marketing arm for its suppliers, many of whom are world-class manufacturers yet know very little about online marketing. ReStockIt wants to partner with manufacturers to help build their brands and provide them with much-needed online exposure.
ReStockIt.com is looking for a hunter that knows how to ask for funds and monetize these partnerships. It is not essential that the candidate come from ReStockIt.com’s industry, but it is essential that the new hire understand online retail and can work with suppliers on value added programs. This position is about creating value-added ways for these suppliers to bring their brands to life online in a way that they could not do themselves.
According to ReStockIt.com’s Co-CEO, David Redlich, “We want an extrovert with talent. There will be a fairly high degree of strategic thinking involved in this role. This candidate must be able to determine which kinds of suppliers will benefit from this value proposition, and then understand how to attractively present this opportunity. The sales process will be handled mostly on the phone and through WebEx, so we need someone who can connect through those media. The person can telecommute, if they like. It won’t make any difference to us as long as they’re successful.”

ReStockit is seeking a talented individual to lead their Vendor Cooperative Marketing program. This person will be responsible for pursuing, developing, and managing vendor funded advertising and marketing campaigns with ReStockIt.com’s current and potential vendors and manufacturers.
- Initiating and leveraging cooperative marketing and MDF opportunities with both existing and prospective partners.
- Creation and management of cooperative marketing presentations and proposals.
- Provide vendors with necessary cooperative marketing back up and timely reporting as require.
- Coordinate with ReStockIt merchandising team to create cooperative marketing placements via website merchandising, search results, email campaigns, PPC, and new cooperative opportunities as they become available.
- Provide ongoing tracking and reporting to RSI management team on cooperative marketing revenues and projections.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with track record of success in business development/sales experience managing successful ecommerce related cooperative marketing and MDF programs.
- Passion to turn prospects into partners.
- Persistent determination with telephone sales.
- Able to prepare and deliver effective customized proposals and presentations.
- Results oriented.
- Sound analytical skills.
- Aggressive entrepreneurial attitude.
- Team player.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and industry.
