About the Role:

As the Emarketing Manager, you will manage and execute the emarketing strategic initiatives by working with the Director of Direct to Consumer Ecommerce and business owners for New Customer Acquisition and Retention to create online marking promotions and campaigns aimed at driving new customer traffic to Deluxe’s sites, providing a better customer experience, improving customer retention online, and maximizing overall profitability for new and existing orders via ecommerce initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Supports development and execution of the internet marketing strategy to drive profitability, maximize new customer acquisition efforts, strengthen overall retention rates, increase operating efficiencies, and favorably impact customers’ lifetime value by providing input on all aspects of internet advertising, content site management, online communication, and promotional activities for all business ventures.
  • Contributes to the search engine marking (SEM) program by supporting the creation, management, execution and tracking against search engine strategic goals and expense for all brands. Works with the Director to manage the expense budget on a monthly basis through budgeting, forecasting and monitoring search spend and trends.
  • Supports ecommerce website content updates for Direct to Consumer coordinating site changes with IT and Marketing business owners including site presentation, product presentation, pricing changes and text and image modifications.
  • Supports new customer acquisition and reorder internet performance objectives by aggressively testing new offers, promotions, pricing, and products online.
  • Develops and implements new customer acquisition and retention initiatives by managing search engine keyword buys, email acquisition newsletters and exploring other online advertising vehicles.
  • Coordinates communication of ecommerce acquisition and retention initiatives for all brands by meeting with appropriate business owners and establishing an effective communication plan.
  • Develops and executes email marketing strategy to maximize revenue and contribution of this advertising channel.
  • Supports and maintains ethics of the business by protecting customer and financial information, applying company’s core values and complying with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Develops and executes email marketing strategy to maximize revenue and contribution of this advertising channel.

Required:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field
  • 5-7 years experience in marketing with emphasis in Demand Generation and ecommerce

Preferred:

  • Tons of online customer acquisition and retention experience
  • Search engine marketing experience
  • Email application software experience
  • Online web applications experience
  • Deep PC experience in an MS Windows environment
  • Interpersonal and written communication experience
  • Web analytics experience
  • Negotiation experience
  • Data collection experience
